- 1. What is Luxautica?
- Luxautica is an exclusive drivers club created for exotic car enthusiasts with a passion for driving the world’s most exclusive autos. With a growing inventory of over 20 vehicles, Luxautica members gain access to some of the most exceptional automobiles ever made.
- 2. Is Luxautica right for me?
- Luxautica is for automobile enthusiasts who may already own their dream cars but seek access to a private collection of the world’s finest performance and luxury vehicles, without the expense and inconvenience of traditional ownership. Luxautica is an exclusive auto club for individuals who enjoy variety and unique life experiences.
- 3. Who owns Luxautica’s cars?
- Luxautica owns and maintains all of the cars in our private collection.
- 4. What is the condition of the cars?
- All of our private collection automobiles possess pristine interiors and exteriors and are kept in superior mechanical condition.
- 5. How long may I drive/keep the car?
- The maximum amount of time is three months for most cars, and one month for select automobiles.
- 6. Are there any mileage restrictions?
- There is a daily mileage allowance for each vehicle in our collection. If the alloted daily mileage is exceeded, cost for additional mileage will be charged on a pro-rated basis as indicated by the current vehicle point structure.
- 7. Do I need to provide my own car insurance?
- Luxautica maintains auto collision insurance on all of our cars. However, each Luxautica member is also required to insure the cars. Members are required to carry primary liability auto insurance. Simply provide the contact information for your insurance agent and we’ll take care of the rest.
- 8. Is roadside assistance available?
- Luxautica offers all of our members comprehensive 24/7 roadside assistance if needed.

- 10. How do I reserve a car?
- Luxautica members may order cars three different ways: by calling our office, over the Internet, or via e-mail. Each Luxautica member is assigned a number and a password which must be used when ordering. Simply pick a car, tell us when you want to pick it up or where you want it delivered, and we'll take care of the rest.
- 11. Can I have a car delivered?
- Yes, the Luxautica Valet will deliver the car you reserve right to your front door. Simply make valet provisions when reserving your vehicle. Additional fees may apply.
- 12. What is the Luxautica rental guarantee policy?
- Rental guarantee is based on membership level and availability. Platinum membership requires two weeks notice, while gold membership requires 30 days notice and silver requires 60 days notification.
- 13. Can friends, family and/or colleagues use my Luxautica membership? Access the member lounge?
- Membership may be used only by an immediate relative (Please note: Luxautica retains specific policy and age restrictions). Luxautica welcomes guests of members to our Member Lounge (some restrictions apply).
- 14. Can I store my car at the clubhouse?
- Unfortunately, Luxautica does not provide storage of member cars at this time.
